Who would have thought that we’d be living in a world where a pug would be predicting the fate of our day? Yet, here we are! Confused? Then you’re probably not on TikTok!

There are viral TikTok videos and viral TikTok trends, but the “Bones Day/ No Bones Day” videos are more of a viral TikTok series created by Jonathan Graz starring his senior pug, Noodle. Still, confused? Then continue reading!

Jonathan Graz first posted about the game “Bones Day” or “No Bones Day” on TikTok back in September 2020, where he recorded Noodle’s reaction to getting picked up to go outside. He either sits up perfectly, showing he has bones, thus a “Bones Day”, or he falls back to the ground like he has no bones, therefore a “No Bones Day”. ”Bones Day” means it’s going to be a good day for everyone and a “No Bones Day” means it’s going to be a bad day for everyone. 

Jonathan posted about the game a few times throughout 2020 but, it wasn’t until roughly a year after the first video where the “Bones Day/No Bones Day” videos became a daily occurrence and a viral sensation that the majority of the TikTok community looks forward to seeing every day. People have even started saying that they think it’s going to be a “Bones” day instead of saying it’s going to be a good day which has non-TikTok users very confused!

Since the “Bones Day/No Bones Day” videos started, Jonathan has gained over four million followers on TikTok and continues to grow daily. We can’t wait to see what tomorrow has in store. We’re hoping for a “Bones Day”!
